摘　　要：在全球化竞争加剧、市场需求日益复杂的背景下,企业与供应商的关系已逐渐从传统的交易模式向更具合作精神的长期伙伴关系转变。选取2001-2022年中国A股上市企业为样本,探讨企业合作文化对其上游供应商合作文化的传染效应。研究表明:(1)企业合作文化水平越高,其供应商的合作文化水平也随之提升,企业合作文化具有显著的供应链传染效应,且这种影响具有一定的滞后性;(2)合作文化的供应链传染效应受地理距离、企业产权性质及合作稳定性的影响,具体而言,当企业与供应商地理距离越近、企业为非国有企业以及企业与供应商合作关系越稳定时,其传染效果更为明显。研究为供应链的传染效应提供新的视角,不仅丰富合作文化与供应链管理的相关理论,而且为推动我国供应链的可持续发展提供了重要启示。Against the backdrop of intensified global competition and increasingly complex market demands,the relationship between enterprises and suppliers has gradually shifted from traditional transaction models to more cooperative long-term partnerships.This study selects listed enterprises on the A-share market in China from 2001 to 2022 as the sample to investigate the contagion effect of enterprise cooperative culture on supplier cooperative culture.The results show that:(1)The higher the level of enterprise cooperative culture,the higher the level of supplier cooperative culture,and enterprise cooperative culture has a significant supply chain contagion effect,and this influence has a certain lag.(2)The supply chain contagion effect of cooperative culture will be affected by geographical distance,enterprise ownership type,and cooperation stability.Specifically,when the enterprise is closer to the supplier geographically,the enterprise is a non-state-owned enterprise,and the enterprise-supplier cooperation relationship is more stable,the contagion effect will be more obvious.This study provides a new perspective on the contagion effect of supply chains and not only enriches the related theories of cooperative culture and supply chain management but also provides important implications for promoting the sustainable development of China's supply chains.
