摘  要:品类创新是纺织服装企业应对市场调整、提升竞争力的重要途径,在价值共创视角下纺织服装企业品类创新包括共同研发、共同生产等涉及价值链各环节的交互作用过程,纺织服装企业可以与其利益相关者共同参与实现品类创新和价值的共同创造。面对缺乏足够市场洞察、资源与能力受限以及供应链协同难度大等发展难题,纺织服装企业应整合多方资源进行品类创新,实现价值的共同创造,以适应市场的变化和满足消费者的新需求。Category innovation is an important way for textile and garment Enterprises to cope with market adjustment and enhance competitiveness.Under the perspective of value co-creation,category innovation of textile and garment Enterprises includes the interaction process of joint research and development joint production,and other processes involving various links of the value chain,and textile and Garment Enterprises can participate in the realization of textile category innovation and value co-creation together with their stakeholders.In the face of the lack of sufficient market insight,high competitive pressure and the difficulty of supply chain collaboration and other development challenges,textile and garment Enterprises should integrate multiple resources to carry out category innovation and realize the co-creation of value in order to adapt to the changes in the market and meet the new needs of consumers.
