摘　　要：人芳基乙酰胺脱乙酰酶(arylacetamide deacetylase,AADAC)是丝氨酸水解酶超家族的重要成员,涉及体内内源性胆固醇酯的水解以及药物的代谢、活化和解毒等生理过程。AADAC在脂质代谢、药物代谢和心血管疾病中发挥着一定的调节作用,并且在多种恶性肿瘤中表达异常。本文旨在总结AADAC在脂质代谢、药物代谢及心血管疾病中的作用,并探讨其与肿瘤发生和发展的相关性,以期为AADAC的后续研究提供有价值的参考。Human arylacetamide deacetylase(AADAC)is an important member of the serine hydrolase superfamily involved in the physiological processes such as the hydrolysis of endogenous cholesterol esters in the body,as well as the metabolism,activation,and detoxification of drugs.AADAC plays a regulatory role in lipid metabolism,drug metabolism,cardiovascular disease and is aberrantly expressed in many malignant tumours.This review summarises the role of AADAC in lipid metabolism,drug metabolism and cardiovascular disease,and explores its relevance to onset and progression of fumor,with the aim of providing valuable references for further research on AADAC.
