摘　　要：肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,慢性炎症在HCC的发展中起到了不可忽视的作用。长期以来,微生物感染被认定为致癌的危险因素,其诱导的慢性炎症被视为关键原因。肝脏是受生物网络和病原体干扰影响较大的器官,因为微生物或微生物代谢产物可以通过血液循环或肠道途径影响肝脏疾病的病理生理过程。因此,HCC患者的口腔、肠道及肝脏内的微生物群落特征(如菌群相对丰度和多样性)与健康人存在差异。本文基于“口-肠-肝”轴总结了HCC患者的微生物组分布特征及其在HCC发展过程中的作用机制,探讨微生物组在HCC治疗中的潜在作用,为HCC的早期诊断和治疗提供新的靶点和策略。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the malignant tumors with a high mortality rate,in which chronic inflammation plays an undeniable role in the development of HCC.For a long time,microbial infections have been recognized as a carcinogenic risk factor,and the chronic inflammation induced is considered as a key reason.The liver is one of the organs greatly affected by biotic networks and pathogen interference,as microorganisms or their metabolic products can influence the pathophysiological processes of liver diseases through blood circulation or intestinal pathways.The characteristics of the microbial communities in the oral cavity,intestines,and liver of HCC patients,such as the relative abundance and diversity of the microbiota,differ from those of healthy individuals.Therefore,this paper summarizes the distribution characteristics of the microbiota in HCC patients based on the“oral-gut-liver”axis and its mechanism of action in the development of HCC explores the potential role of the microbiota in the treatment of HCC,and provides new targets and strategies for the early diagnosis and treatment of HCC.
