玻璃白酒瓶内表面耐水性及其迁移元素分析研究

摘  要:采用滴定法测定内表面耐水性和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定无机元素迁移量,选取7款玻璃白酒瓶于不同迁移条件下同时分析检测Al、As、Ba、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Li、Mn、Mo、Ni、Pb、Sb、Sn、Zn、K、Ca、Na、Mg等20种无机元素迁移量,同时优化样品前处理方法及仪器工作条件。结果表明,20种无机元素线性范围为0.05~15.0 mg/L,线性相关系数均大于0.9995,检出限均低于0.03 mg/L;7款玻璃白酒瓶中As、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Li、Mn、Mo、Ni、Pb、Sb、Sn、Zn等14种元素所有玻璃白酒瓶测定结果低于检出限,共6种元素Al、Ba、Ca、K、Mg、Na有检出,其中Na元素迁移量与内表面耐水性有显著关系。结合内表面耐水性和无机元素迁移量的规律,为企业建立白酒玻璃瓶的储存方法和生产工艺提供了一定的数据参考,确保产品质量稳定性和为无机元素迁移的风险评估提供一定的技术支持。In this study,titration method was used to determine the internal surface water resistance of glass Baijiu bottles,and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was used to measure the migration of inorganic elements.Seven types of glass Baijiu bottles were se-lected and detected under different migration conditions for the migration levels of 20 inorganic elements,including Al,As,Ba,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Li,Mn,Mo,Ni,Pb,Sb,Sn,Zn,K,Ca,Na,and Mg.The sample pretreatment method and instrument working conditions were optimized.The linear range of the 20 inorganic elements was between 0.05 mg/L and 15.0 mg/L,with linear correlation coefficients all greater than 0.9995,and detection limits all below 0.03 mg/L.The migration levels of 14 elements(As,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Li,Mn,Mo,Ni,Pb,Sb,Sn,and Zn)in all the seven glass bottles were below the detection limits.Six elements(Al,Ba,Ca,K,Mg,and Na)were detected in the bottles,among which the migration level of Na exhibited a significant correlation with the internal surface water resistance.This study has provided data reference for the selection of storage meth-ods and production processes of glass Baijiu bottles in enterprises,as well as technical support for ensuring the product quality stability of Baijiu and assessing the risks of inorganic element migration.
