教育集团视域下高职体育教育专业人才培养模式创新研究

摘　　要：目前,高职体育教育专业人才培养模式存在目标定位不清、课程体系不合理、校企协同不深入等问题。基于教育集团视域,本文提出融合职业性、实践性与创新性,兼顾跨界整合、模块重组与资源优化,实现信息互通、资源共享与风险共担等策略;同时,从组织保障、资源供给、质量评价三个方面,构建跨区域、跨专业的柔性协同平台、集约化、智能化的优质共享机制和多维度、全过程的协同培养评估体系等三个体系,以培养高素质复合型体育人才,助推体育强国和健康中国建设。Currently,the physical education training model in higher vocational colleges faces several challenges,including ambiguous target orientation,unreasonable curriculum system,and insufficient collaboration between schools and enterprises.From the perspective of educational groups,a strategy is proposed to integrate professionalism,practicality,and innovation.This approach emphasizes cross-border integration,modular reorganization,and resource optimization,aiming to achieve information exchange,resource sharing,and risk sharing.Simultaneously,by addressing organizational support,resource provision,and quality evaluation,three systems are constructed,including a cross-regional and cross-professional flexible collaborative platform,an intensive and intelligent high-quality sharing mechanism,and a multi-dimensional and whole-process collaborative training and evaluation system.These efforts aim to cultivate high-quality composite sports talents,thereby promoting the development of a sports powerhouse and contributing to healthy China construction.
