摘 要:针对不同发泡工艺条件下汽车座椅材料产生的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)及其气味特性进行系统分析。通过热脱附-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(TD-GC-MS)对冷发泡工艺和热发泡工艺制备的座椅材料进行定性定量分析,结合感官评价方法,探究发泡温度、发泡剂类型、固化时间等发泡工艺参数对材料气味特性的影响规律。试验结果表明,冷发泡工艺较热发泡工艺能够有效降低醛类化合物、酮类化合物等主要气味物质的释放浓度,且在相同储存条件下,冷发泡工艺材料的气味强度衰减更快。该研究可为汽车座椅材料的气味控制和工艺优化提供理论依据和实践指导。This study systematically analyzes the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and odor characteristics of automotive seat materials under different foaming process conditions.Using thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(TD-GC-MS),qualitative and quantitative analyses were conducted on seat materials prepared through cold foaming and hot foaming processes.Combined with sensory evaluation methods,the study investigates the influence patterns of process parameters such as foaming temperature,foaming agent type and curing time on material odor char-acteristics.The experimental results show that cold foaming process can effectively reduce the emission of major odorous substances such as aldehydes and ketones compared to hot foaming process.Under the same storage conditions,cold-foamed materials demonstrate faster odor intensity decay rate.This study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for odor control and process optimization of automotive seat materials.
