摘 要:探索生态汽车优化设计及节能技术路径,以推动汽车产业绿色转型。通过采用环保材料与轻量化设计、开发甲醇燃料电池与高能量密度电池技术、优化扁线电机及集成式热管理系统,构建了全方位节能技术体系。研究结果表明:轻量化可使电动汽车能效提升9.5%,扁线电机功率密度达4.7kW/kg,集成热管理系统可缓解冬季续航衰减问题;商用车领域氢燃料电池与换电模式协同方案可降低47%的行业排放。结论表明,基于全生命周期的生态汽车设计可有效实现节能减排目标,为汽车产业低碳转型提供技术支撑。Exploring the optimization design approaches and energy-saving technologies for eco-friendly vehicles to facilitate the green transfor-mation of the automotive industry.By employing environmentally friendly materials and lightweight design,developing methanol fuel cells and high-energy-density battery technologies,and optimizing flat-wire motors and integrated thermal management systems,a comprehensive energy-saving tech-nology framework has been established.The results demonstrate that lightweight design can improve electric vehicle energy efficiency by 9.5%,flat-wire motors achieve a power density of 4.7 kW/kg,and integrated thermal management systems effectively mitigate winter range reduction.For commercial vehicles,a synergistic approach combining hydrogen fuel cells and battery-swapping technology can reduce industry emissions by 47%.The find-ings indicate that a full life cycle-based eco-vehicle design can effectively achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction goals,providing technical support for the low-carbon transition of the automotive industry.
