摘 要:随着煤矿行业的快速发展,机电设备在煤矿作业中的重要性愈发突出。然而,频繁的设备故障和运行失效不仅影响生产效率,还可能导致重大安全隐患及经济损失。因此,本文提出了一种基于自动化技术的煤矿机电设备保护方法。首先,本文分析了煤矿机电设备在实际应用中面临的主要问题;其次,本文设计了煤矿机电设备保护系统总体;然后,本文提出了基于BP神经网络的煤矿机电设备保护算法;最后,本文通过实验数据结果验证了该算法的可靠性和有效性。结果表明,基于自动化技术的机电设备保护方法不仅能够节约成本,还能为煤矿生产提供更高的安全保障。With the rapid development of the coal mining industry,the importance of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mining operations has become increasingly prominent.However,frequent equipment and operational failures not only affect production efficiency but also may lead to major safety hazards and economic losses.Therefore,this paper proposes a protection method for coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment based on automation technology.First,this paper analyzes the main problems faced by mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines are analyzed.Second,the overall protection system for coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment is designed.Third,the protection algorithm for coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment based on BP neural network is proposed.Finally,the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are verified through experimental results.The results show that the mechanical and electrical equipment protection method based on automation technology can not only reduce cost but also provide higher safety assurance for coal mine production.
