一次性根充法与分次根充法应用于急性牙髓炎治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 分析急性牙髓炎采用一次与分次根充法治疗的价值。方法 方便选取2022年7月—2023年12月扬州大学附属靖江人民医院收治的急性牙髓炎患者68例为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各34例,对照组接受分次根充法,观察组接受一次性根充法,分析临床价值。结果 两组患者治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、咀嚼效率分别为(1.16±0.26)分、(1.49±0.35)分、(89.90±6.12)%,优于对照组的(1.58±0.23)分、(1.87±0.39)分、(80.08±6.26)%,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.055,4.228,6.541;P均<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素2、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6水平低于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 急性牙髓炎采用一次与分次根充法均有较好疗效,但一次性根充法更有利于促进牙周指数改善,降低炎性指标水平,减少并发症发生。Objective To analyze the clinical value of one-time root filling and fractional root filling in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute pulpitis treated in Jingjiang People's Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University from July 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and di⁃vided into two groups with thirty-four cases in each group by different treatment methods.The control group received fractional root filling,observation group received one-time root filling.Results There was no statistical significant dif⁃ference in the total efficiency of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the gingival index,gingi⁃val sulcus bleeding index and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were 1.16±0.26,1.49±0.35 and(89.90±6.12)%,better than 1.58±0.23,1.87±0.39,(80.08±6.26)%of the control group,the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(t=7.055,4.228,6.541;all P<0.05);The interleukin 2,C-reactive protein and interleukin 6 levels of the ob⁃servation group were lower than those in the control group,the complication of the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Both one-time root filling and fractional root filling can achieve a certain effect in the treatment of acute pulpitis,but one-time root filling is more beneficial to improve the periodontal index,reduce the level of inflammatory indexes and reduce the occurrence of complications.
