摘  要:目的:探讨分析基于微视频的反例教学法对针推康复病区实习护士临床能力及批判性思维的影响。方法:选取入广州中医药大学第一附属医院针推康复病区实习的护士76名作为研究对象,其中2022年5月至2023年5月入院实习的38名护士分为对照组,采用常规教学法进行带教,2023年6月至2024年6月入院实习的38名护士分为观察组,采用基于微视频的反例教学法进行带教,比较分析两组教学效果。结果:观察组理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩及案例分析考核成绩较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)评分、中文版自我导向学习评定量表(SRSSDL)评分及自制综合能力评价表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组教学效果评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于微视频的反例教学法可提高针推康复病区实习护士的考核成绩,并提高其临床能力及批判性思维能力,还可提高教学效果及实习护士对教学的满意度。Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of micro-video-based counterexample teaching on the clinical ability and critical thinking of intern nurses in acupuncture rehabilitation ward.Methods:A total of 76 nurses who were admitted to the acupuncture rehabilitation ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects,among which 38 nurses who were admitted to the hospital for internship from May 2022 to May 2023 were divided into the control group and taught by conventional teaching methods,and 38 nurses who were admitted to the hospital for internship from June 2023 to June 2024 were divided into the observation group,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed by using the counterexample teaching method based on micro-video.Results:The results of theoretical assessment,operational assessment and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Core Competency Scale(CIRN),the Chinese-version Self-directed Learning Rating Scale(SRSSDL)and the Self-made Comprehensive Ability Evaluation Scale of registered nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of the Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Ability Inventory(CTDI-CV)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching effect score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The counterexample teaching method based on micro-video can improve the assessment score,clinical ability and critical thinking ability of trainee nurses in acupuncture rehabilitation ward,and also improve the teaching effect and the satisfaction of trainee nurses with teaching.
