中医二便症状术语英译规范化问题及对策

摘　　要：通过系统回顾和比较分析国内外现有的中医术语标准和规范,发现二便症状术语英译存在以下主要问题:(1)术语内涵理解偏差;(2)内涵要素遗漏;(3)机械化的逐字翻译;(4)歧义。上述问题对科研教学、临床实践及国际学术交流造成了障碍。文章以二便症状术语为例,深入分析了现存的各类问题,并提出应对策略,包括建立多学科协作机制、深化术语内涵研究、灵活选择翻译策略和加强国际合作等。This study systematically reviewed and comparatively analyzed existing domestic and intemat ional TCM terminology stand-ards and norms,identifying the following main issucs with the English translation of bowel movement symptom terminology:(1)devia tion in the understanding of temn meanings;(2)ornission of essential elements within the termus;(3)mechanical word-for-word trans-lation;(4)potential ambiguity in the translated text.These issucs have created obstacles for scientife research teaching,clinical pnac tice,and intemational academic communication.Taking the terminology related to urination and defecation as an example,this article delves into the various existing problems and proposes corresponding strategies,including cstablishing mutidiscplinary collaboration mechanisms,deepening the research on tem connotations,adoping flexible translation stralegies,and strengthening international coop-eration.
