液质联用仪内标法测定酒类产品中环己基氨基磺酸钠含量的不确定度评定

摘　　要：对液相质谱联用仪内标法测定酒类产品中环己基氨基磺酸钠含量的全过程进行测量模型建立,不确定度来源及不确定度评估,为准确测定环己基氨基磺酸钠提供科学指导。按照CNAS-GL006《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》、JJF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB5009.97—2023《食品安全国家标准食品中环己基氨基磺酸盐的测定》分析不确定度来源。结果表明,样品环己基氨基磺酸钠测定值0.92 mg/kg,取置信区间为0.02 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.02 mg/kg。标准曲线配制、重复性测量和标准曲线拟合对检测结果的影响较大,在实际测量过程中,严格控制实验条件可提高检测的可靠性和准确度。The model of the whole process of determination of sodium cyclamate in alcoholic products by LC-MS internal standard method was estab-lished,and the uncertainty of the determination process was evaluated.The sources of uncertainty were analyzed according to national standards CNAS-GL006,JJF 1059.1-2012 and GB 5009.97-2023.The results showed that,the detected value of sodium cyclamate in the samples was 0.92 mg/kg,with a confidence interval of 0.02 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.02 mg/kg.The processes of standard curve configuration,repeatabili-ty measurement and standard curve fitting have great influence on the detection results.In the actual measurement process,the reliability and accuracy of detection can be improved by strictly controlling the experimental conditions.
