利用气相色谱法测定酱酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类

摘　　要：采用气相色谱仪结合外标定量法建立了直接进样检测白酒中16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的分析方法。试验结果表明,16种PAEs在0.05~1.0 mg/L区间内,相关系数R2均高于0.99,线性关系良好;16种PAEs检出限在0.03~0.18 mg/L,定量限在0.10~0.47 mg/L;在高低浓度加标回收试验时,加标回收率范围在86.67%~115.69%之间,RSD小于10%。本方法操作简单、结果稳定性好、检测数据可靠,可用于酱酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂含量的测定。An analytical method for the determination of 16 phthalic acid esters(PAEs)in Baijiu by direct injection was established using gas chroma-tography combined with external standard quantitative method.The experimental results showed that the correlation coefficients R2 of the 16 PAEs were higher than 0.99 within the range of 0.05 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L,with good linearity.The limits of detection of the 16 PAEs were in the range of 0.03 mg/L to 0.18 mg/L,and the limits of quantification were in the range of 0.10 mg/L to 0.47 mg/L.The RSDs were less than 10%in the spiked recov-ery test at high and low concentrations,and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 86.67%to 115.69%.The method is simple,stable and reliable,and can be used for the determination of PAEs in Jiangxiang Baijiu.
