摘  要:在职业教育受到广泛关注的当下,职业本科教育显得尤为关键,不仅是技术技能人才培养的重要阶段,更是连接理论与实践、学校与职场的桥梁。设计竞赛这一结合了实践性与创新性的教学方式,正逐渐成为提升学生职业核心素养的有效手段。本文致力于深入剖析设计竞赛在职业核心素养培育中的独特作用,尝试构建以设计竞赛为核心的职业本科学生核心素养培育新模式,旨在为职业教育的深化改革与学生的综合素质提升提供有益的参考与指导。In the current era where vocational education is widely concerned,vocational undergraduate education is particularly crucial.It is not only an important stage for cultivating technical and skilled talents,but also a bridge connecting theory and practice,schools and the workplace.Design competitions,as a teaching method that combines practicality and innovation,are gradually becoming an effective means to enhance students'professional core competencies.This article aims to deeply analyze the unique role of design competitions in cultivating professional core competencies,and attempt to construct a new model of cultivating professional undergraduate students'core competencies with design competitions as the core.The goal is to provide useful reference and guidance for the deepening reform of vocational education and the improvement of students'comprehensive qualities.
