摘 要:六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ))是一种危害极大的水体污染物,需要高效的水处理技术来降低Cr(Ⅵ)的水污染。该研究通过对人工湿地系统持续运行180 d,以确定腐植酸(HA)对Cr去除的影响,并监测了种植李氏禾的湿地中Cr的氧化还原过程。与对照处理相比,HA处理最终出水总Cr和Cr(Ⅵ)含量分别降低了90.36%和91.82%。HA显著促进了第2湿地区的植物生长,并提高了基质总Cr含量,但对第3和第4湿地区的植物生长和基质总Cr含量影响不大。基质和植物中Cr(Ⅵ)占总Cr的百分比范围分别为1.80%~35.78%和6.68%~40.63%。HA显著降低了湿地基质中Cr(Ⅵ)占总Cr的百分比,但对植物中Cr(Ⅵ)占总Cr的百分比影响不同。扫描电镜分析表明,HA改变了基质结构,使基质变得疏松。因此,HA可作为有效辅助人工湿地处理Cr(Ⅵ)污染废水的方法。Hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))is a hazardous water contaminant,and efficient water treatment technologies are needed to reduce Cr(Ⅵ)water pollution.A 180 d study of constructed wetland systems was performed to determine the effect of humic acid(HA)on Cr removal and to monitor the redox process of Cr in wetlands planted with Leersia hexandra Swartz.The final effluent concentrations of total Cr and Cr(Ⅵ)during HA treatment were decreased by 90.36%and 91.82%,respectively,compared to the control treatment.HA significantly stimulated plant growth and increased the total Cr concentration of substrates in the second district,but it had little influence on plant growth and the total Cr concentration of substrates in the third and fourth wetland districts.The percentage of Cr(Ⅵ)to the total Cr in the substrates and plants were in the range of 1.80%~35.78%and 6.68%~40.63%,respectively.HA significantly reduced the percentage of Cr(Ⅵ)to the total Cr in wetland substrates,but it had a variable effect on the percentage of Cr(Ⅵ)to the total Cr of plant.Scanning electron microscope analysis showed that HA changed the substrate structure and made it looser.HA-assisted constructed wetlands could be an effective treatment for Cr(Ⅵ)polluted wastewater.
