干、鲜灵芝保健功效的对比分析

摘　　要：灵芝作为药食同源传统中药材,因其丰富的生物活性成分和广泛的保健功效而备受推崇。鲜灵芝是新鲜状态下未经处理的灵芝,干灵芝是经过干燥处理的灵芝产品。由于干燥过程中有效成分的变化,干鲜状态下灵芝的保健功效存在一定差异。保健是通过采取有效的措施保持和增进身心健康,灵芝能够有效预防疾病,改善健康状况,在免疫调节、抗氧化、抗炎、改善睡眠等方面均显示出显著的保健功效。文章旨在对比分析干、鲜两种状态下灵芝的保健功效,为灵芝的合理应用提供参考。Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine with the same origin as food and medicine.Fresh ganoderma lucidum is fresh without treatment of ganoderma lucidum,dry ganoderma lucidum is the Ganoderma lucidum product after drying,because of the drying process of the active ingredient changes,there is a certain difference in the dry and fresh state of health care efficacy of ganoderma lucidum.By taking effective measures to maintain and improve physical and mental health,Ganoderma lucidum can effectively prevent disease and improve health,in the aspects of immune regulation,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,improving sleep and so on,it shows remarkable health care effect.The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the health care efficacy of ganoderma lucidum under the two conditions of dry and fresh,and to provide reference for the rational application of Ganoderma lucidum.
