摘  要:中国作为世界第一冶金产业大国,钢产量接近全球产量的一半。我国的冶金工业普遍存在工序多、流程复杂、职业健康安全隐患较多等问题。在危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)体系的基础上,以钢铁行业重点工艺烧结为研究对象,结合某公司烧结厂职业病危害控制效果评价报告,对该烧结厂生产过程产生的职业病危害因素,通过工程分析、职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方式进行全面分析,确定关键控制点,分析危害程度,制定符合该厂特点的关键控制措施及方案,为烧结工艺职业病危害防控提供相应的理论参考。As the world's first metallurgical industry in the world,China accounts for nearly half of global steel production.However,the domestic metallurgy industry generally faces challenges such as multiple processes,complex workflows,and significant occupational health and safety risks.Based on the HACCP system,taking sintering,one of the critical processes in the steel industry,as the research object,this article aims to analyze the factors of occupational diseases generated by the production process of the sintering plant.Methods such as engineering analysis,occupational health surveys,hazard factor detection,and occupational health examinations are employed to identify critical control points,assess hazard severity,and develop targeted control measures tailored to the plant's specific conditions.The findings aim to provide theoretical guidance for occupational disease hazard prevention and control in the sintering process.
