摘  要:飞机复合材料层合板具有轻质、高强等优异性能,广泛应用于飞机机身、机翼等复合材料结构中。复合材料层合板对冲击损伤十分敏感,冲击后易出现分层、断裂等损伤,可能导致严重后果。本研究提出一种具有自传感功能的复材层合板制备方法,将碳纳米管(CNT)分散液均匀分散于树脂中,能够形成导电通路。将其应用于复合材料层合板冲击损伤监测。实验结果表明,碳纳米管分散树脂可与复合材料一体固化成型,制备出具有自监测功能的复合材料层合板,能够有效地监测冲击对层合板的损伤,为复合材料层合板冲击损伤监测提供可行方案。Aircraft composite laminates have excellent properties such as light weight and high strength,and are widely used in composite structures such as aircraft fuselage and wings.Composite laminates are very sensitive to impact damage.After impact,delamination,fracture and other damage are easy to occur,which may lead to serious consequences.In this study,a preparation method of composite laminates with self-sensing function was proposed.The carbon nanotube(CNT)dispersion was uniformly dispersed in the resin to form a conductive path.It is applied to impact damage monitoring of composite laminates.The experimental results show that the conductive resin can be embedded in the glass fiber prepreg to prepare the composite laminates with self-monitoring function,which can effectively monitor the impact damage of the laminates.
