兴国县女性参与宫颈癌筛查行为现状及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的:分析兴国县女性参与宫颈癌筛查行为现状及其影响因素。方法:选取2021年10月至2023年9月兴国县560名常住女性居民进行横断面研究,根据参与宫颈癌筛查行为情况将其分为筛查行为良好组和筛查行为不佳组,分析兴国县女性参与宫颈癌筛查行为不佳的影响因素。结果:560名兴国县常住女性中,242名宫颈癌筛查行为良好,占43.21%;318名宫颈癌筛查行为不佳,占56.79%;两组婚姻状态、孕史、人工流产情况、合并阴道疾病、医疗保险、就业情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组年龄、文化水平、家庭月收入、居住地、家属支持参与宫颈癌筛查比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥30岁、文化水平初中及以下、家庭月收入<5000元、居住地农村、家属不支持参与宫颈癌筛查均为兴国县女性参与宫颈癌筛查行为不佳的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:年龄≥30岁、文化水平初中及以下、家庭月收入<5000元、居住地农村、家属不支持参与宫颈癌筛查均为兴国县女性参与宫颈癌筛查行为不佳的危险因素。Objective:To analyze status and influencing factors of women’s participation in cervical cancer screening in Xingguo county.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 560 permanent female residents in Xingguo county from October 2021 to September 2023.According to the behavior of participating in cervical cancer screening,they were divided into good screening behavior group and poor screening behavior group.The influencing factors of women’s poor participation in cervical cancer screening in Xingguo county were analyzed.Results:Among the 560 permanent women in Xingguo county,242 had good cervical cancer screening behavior,accounting for 43.21%,and 318 cases had poor cervical cancer screening behavior,accounting for 56.79%.There were no significant differences in marital status,pregnancy history,induced abortion,combined vaginal disease,medical insurance and employment between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in age,educational level,family monthly income,place of residence and family support in cervical cancer screening between the two groups(P<0.05).The Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥30,education level of junior high school or below,monthly family income<5000 yuan,rural residence,and family members’lack of support for participating in cervical cancer screening were all risk factors for poor participation in cervical cancer screening among the women in Xingguo county(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Age≥30,education level junior high school and below,family monthly income<5000 yuan,rural residence,and family members’lack of support for participating in cervical cancer screening are the risk factors for poor participation in cervical cancer screening among the women in Xingguo county.
