摘 要:目的:观察自体牙本质颗粒引导骨再生治疗牙周骨缺损患者的效果。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月该院收治的80例牙周骨缺损患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各40例。研究组植入自体牙本质颗粒治疗,对照组植入Bio-Oss骨粉治疗。比较两组治疗前后牙周健康指标[临床附着丧失(CAL)、牙周袋深度(PD)]水平、颊侧组织指标(颊侧软组织剖面、颊侧软组织厚度、颊侧骨厚度)水平、缺损牙骨密度、缺损牙骨缺损高度、美学效果[红色-白色美学标准(PES-WES)]评分,以及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,两组CAL、PD水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组颊侧骨厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组颊侧软组织剖面均大于治疗前,且研究组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组颊侧软组织厚度均大于治疗前,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组缺损牙骨密度均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组缺损牙骨缺损高度均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PES、WES评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自体牙本质颗粒引导骨再生治疗牙周骨缺损患者,可促进牙周健康指标恢复,改善颊侧组织指标水平、缺损牙骨密度和缺损高度,提高美学效果,效果优于Bio-Oss骨粉治疗。Objective:To observe effects of autologous dentin particles guided bone regeneration in treatment of patients with periodontal bone defects.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with periodontal bone defects admitted to this hospital from March 2022 to March 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with autologous dentin particles,while the control group was treated with Bio-Oss bone powder.The periodontal health index[clinical attachment loss(CAL),periodontal pocket depth(PD)]levels,the buccal tissue index(buccal soft tissue profile,buccal soft tissue thickness,buccal bone thickness)levels,the defect tooth bone mineral density and the defect tooth bone defect height,the aesthetic effect[pink esthetic scorewhite aesthetic score(PES-WES)]scores,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of CAL and PD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the buccal bone thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).The buccal soft tissue profile levels of the two groups were larger than those before the treatment,that in the study group was larger than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of buccal soft tissue thickness in both groups were greater than those before treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The defect teeth bone mineral density levels in both groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the defect bone height levels in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control
