头痛宁胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察头痛宁胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2023年8—12月该院收治的90例偏头痛患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为研究组和对照组各45例。两组均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合头痛宁胶囊治疗,两组均连续治疗28 d。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、血清学指标[基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、溶血磷脂酸(LPA)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组头痛目眩、胸闷脘胀、恶心呕吐等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MMP-9、CGRP、LPA水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头痛宁胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分和血清学指标水平,效果优于单纯盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Toutongning capsules combined with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in treatment of migraine patients.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with migraine admitted to this hospital from August to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,45 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,while the study group was treated with Toutongning capsules on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 28d.The clinical efficacies,the TCM syndrome scores,the levels of serological indexes[matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as headache,dizziness,chest tightness,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of MMP-9,CGRP and LPA in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Toutongning capsules combined with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of the migraine patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the serological index levels.Moreover,i
