摘  要:建立测定食醋中微量铁含量的方法。用抗坏血酸使样品中的Fe(Ⅲ)全部转化成Fe(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ)-邻菲罗啉显色剂络合生成的络合物最大吸光度波长为λ=510.0 nm。结果表明,线性回归方程为A=2.2786c+0.0093,线性相关系数R^(2)=0.9993,线性范围浓度在0~33.6μg/mL呈现良好。该方法用于市售食醋中铁含量的测定,测定值平均回收率为95.4%~100.7%,RSD为3.00%~4.89%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,专属性强,结果准确可靠,样品处理简便,可用于食醋中铁元素含量的测定。A method was established for the determination of trace iron content in vinegar.Ascorbic acid was used to convert all the Fe( Ⅲ) into Fe( Ⅱ)in the sample,and the maximum absorbance wavelength of the complex generated by Fe(Ⅱ)-o-pHenanthroline chromogen complexation was λ =510.0 nm.The results show that the linear regression equation is A=2.2786c+0.0093,the linear correlation coefficient R~2=0.9993,and the linear range concentration is presented in the range of 0~33.6 μg/mL good.The method was used for the determination of iron content in commercially available vinegar,and the average recoveries of the determined values were 95.4%~100.7% with the RSDs of 3.00%~4.89%(n=6).The method is simple,exclusive,accurate and reliable,and the sample pretreatment is simple,which can be used for the determination of iron in vinegar.
