摘　　要：思想政治工作是中国共产党的优良传统,具有鲜明的政治优势。党的历代中央领导人均高度重视思想政治工作。在中国革命和建设时期,毛泽东同志针对社会形势发展的需要,开创了具有中国特点的思想政治工作理论。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记立足新时代思想政治工作的新机遇与新挑战,在继承毛泽东关于思想政治工作理论的基础之上不断进行理论和实践创新,深刻阐释了加强党的思想政治工作是党和国家事业发展的重要基础,作出了符合时代发展需要的新论述,将毛泽东思想政治工作的继承与发展推向新高度,为新时代中国共产党思想政治工作提供了重要的行动指南。Ideological and political work represents an outstanding tradition of the Communist Party of China(CPC) and boasts distinct political advantages.All generations of central leaders of the Communist Party of China have attached great importance to ideological and political work.During the revolutionary and construction periods in China,in response to the requirements of social development,Comrade Mao Zedong pioneered the theory of ideological and political work with Chinese characteristics.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping,in light of the new opportunities and challenges faced by ideological and political work in the New Era,has continuously carried out theoretical and practical innovations on the basis of inheriting Mao Zedong's theory of ideological and political work.He has profoundly expounded that strengthening the Party's ideological and political work serves as an important cornerstone for the development of the Party and the country's cause.He has put forward new expositions that meet the demands of the times,propelling the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's ideological and political work to a new height,and providing crucial action guidance for the CPC's ideological and political work in the New Era.
