摘 要:为提升无极绳绞车运行效率及可靠性,以六采区轨道上山辅助运输为工程背景,构建了基于无线通信的无极绳绞车管控系统并进行工程应用。对无极绳绞车管控系统结构及功能等进行分析,管控系统通过井下工业环网、光纤及无线基站(WiFi6网络)构建通信网络,实现无极绳绞车运行监控、车载视频监控、车辆及轨道管控、远程通信等功能。现场应用后,基于无线通信的无极绳绞车管控系统在一定程度提升了六采区轨道上山无极绳绞车运行管控及安全保障能力,为采区辅助运输创造了良好条件。In order to improve the operation efficiency and reliability of the endless rope winch,the control system of the endless rope winch based on wireless communication is constructed and applied in the engineering background of the track uphill auxiliary transportation in the sixth mining area.The structure and functions of the control system of the endless rope winch are analyzed.The specific control system builds a communication network through the underground industrial ring network,optical fiber and wireless base station(WiFi6 network),and realizes the functions of the operation monitoring of the endless rope winch,vehicle video monitoring,vehicle and track control,and remote communication.After the field application,the wireless communication based control system has improved the operation control and safety guarantee ability of the track-hill winch in the six mining areas to a certain extent,and created a good condition for auxiliary transportation in the mining areas.
