摘  要:目的:探讨集体功能性体育游戏干预对轻度智障儿童运动协调能力的影响。方法:本研究抽取泉州某特殊学校24名7-10岁有轻度智力障碍的学生,随机分为对照组(n=12)和实验组(n=12)。通过集体功能性体育游戏对实验组进行干预,实验的周期为10周,每周干预3次,每次干预时常为35分钟,对照组则进行常规体育课教学。干预前后使用儿童运动协调能力评估量表第二版(MABC-2)对轻度智障儿童的运动协调能力进行测量,使用独立样本T检验检测干预前两组受试的MABC-2得分是否具有显著差异,对前后测的MABC-2各项指标进行重复测量方差分析,判断集体功能性体育游戏对轻度智障学生运动协调能力的干预效果。结果:重复测量方差检测结果显示:MABC-2测试总分交互作用显著(F=22.956,P<0.01,η2=0.511)。手部精细动作能力的变化不具有统计学意义(F=0.049,P=0.827,η2=0.002)。手眼协调能力的交互作用显著(F=12.046,P<0.01,η2=0.354)。动静态平衡能力的交互作用显著(F=25.769,P<0.01,η2=0.539)。结论:中等强度集体功能性体育游戏干预可有效改善轻度智障儿童的运动协调能力,主要体现在手眼协调能力和动静态平衡能力分领域。轻度智障儿童功能性体育游戏干预强度最适宜阈值仍需做进一步检验。Objective:to investigate the effects of group functional sports game intervention on the motor coordination ability of children with mild intellectual disabilities.Methods:24 students aged 7-10 with mild intellectual disabilities in a special school in Quanzhou were randomly divided into a control group(n=12)and an experimental group(n=12)in this study.The experimental group was intervened through a group functional sports game,and the period of the experiment was 10 weeks,with three interventions per week,each intervention lasting 35 minutes,while the control group was taught regular physical education classes.Before and after the intervention,the motor coordination ability of the mildly mentally retarded children was measured using the second edition of the Assessment of Children's Motor Coordination Ability Scale(MABC-2),and the independent samples t-test was used to detect whether there was a significant difference between the MABC-2 scores of the two groups before the intervention,and repeated measures ANOVA was performed on the pre-and post-tests of the various indicators of the MABC-2 to determine the intervention effect of the collective functional sports game on the motor coordination ability of the mildly mentally retarded students.coordination ability of students with mild intellectual disabilities.Results:The results of repeated measures ANOVA showed that the interaction of the total score of MABC-2 test was significant(F=22.956,P<0.01,η2=0.511).The change in hand fine motor ability was not statistically significant(F=0.049,P=0.827,η2=0.002).The interaction for hand-eye coordination ability was significant(F=12.046,P<0.01,η2=0.354).The interaction of dynamic and static balance ability was significant(F=25.769,P<0.01,η2=0.539).Conclusion:Moderate-intensity group functional sports game intervention can effectively improve the motor coordination ability of mildly mentally retarded children,mainly in the subdomains of hand-eye coordination ability and dynamic and static balance ability.The optimal thr
