摘　　要：采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法并引入“自由家长主义”理念,探讨青少年体质健康问题的社会治理。研究认为,当前我国青少年体育锻炼行为不足,是一种“个人失灵”现象,“自由家长主义”理念下的“助推”是回应“个人失灵”最有效的社会治理方式。我国青少年体质健康问题面临治理理念“强制”与“自由”争议的现实困境。“自由家长主义”的“助推”方式则为青少年体质健康问题实践中的“自由”与“强制”矛盾的消解提供了新的思路。应重视依据“自由家长主义”理念指导青少年体质健康问题治理实践,关注“选择框架”设计与改善在青少年体质健康问题治理中的价值,创新青少年体质健康问题治理的“助推”型工具。Using literature,logical analysis and other research methods,and introducing the concept of"libertarian paternalism",this paper discusses the nudge path of adolescent physical health management.The study holes that currently our country teenagers lack of physical exercise behavior is a“personal failure”phenomenon,and the concept of“libertarian paternalism”nudge tool is the most effective response to the"personal failure"situation.The physical health of teenagers in China is confronted with the realistic dilemma of the dispute between"compulsion"and"freedom".The"nudge"method of"liberal paternalism"provides a new way of thinking for the resolution of the contradiction between"freedom"and"compulsion"in the practice.It is suggested that we should pay attention to the practice of guiding teenagers'physical health problems according to the concept of"libertarian paternalism",pay attention to the value of the design and improvement of"choice architecture"in the treatment of teenagers'physical health problems,and innovate the"nudge"tool for the treatment of teenagers'physical health problems.
