摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,深度剖析我国中学校园足球文化建设与发展的内在逻辑与实践路径。校园足球文化建设通过足球校本课程、班级联赛、社团、教师队伍及运动队建设等关键维度展开。校本课程的必修与选修设计,以学生兴趣为导向,为足球技能习得筑牢根基;班级联赛搭建实战平台,塑造学生团队协作与竞争意识;社团构建交流与归属空间,助力校园文化凝聚力提升;强化教师队伍从多方面入手,突破师资瓶颈;运动队建设依学校类型分类施策,挖掘与培育足球人才。发展策略涵盖学校重视、制度支持、教师专项制度完善及经费保障等层面。学校从硬件设施、政策执行、活动推广等方面推动足球文化扎根;制度层面为校本课程、联赛及招生提供保障;完善教师考核、奖励与职称制度激发教师积极性;充足经费确保足球运动各环节有序开展。校园足球文化建设是推动我国足球事业发展的关键环节,对促进校园足球进步、人才涌现、竞技水平提升乃至实现足球强国愿景具有重要意义。Using the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the internal logic and practical path of the construction and development of football culture in Chinese middle schools.The construction of campus football culture is carried out through the key dimensions of football school-based courses,class leagues,associations,teachers and sports teams.The compulsory and elective design of school-based courses is oriented to students'interests and lays a solid foundation for the acquisition of football skills;The class league builds a practical platform to shape students'teamwork and competition consciousness;The community builds communication and belonging space to help enhance the cohesion of campus culture;Strengthen the teachers from many aspects,break through the bottleneck of teachers;The construction of sports teams is classified according to the types of schools to explore and cultivate football talents.The development strategy covers the aspects of school attention,system support,teacher special system improvement and fund guarantee.The school promotes football culture from the aspects of hardware facilities,policy implementation and activity promotion.The system level provides security for school-based curriculum,league and enrollment;Improve teacher assessment,reward and title system to stimulate teachers'enthusiasm;Adequate funding to ensure the orderly development of all aspects of football.The construction of campus football culture is the key link to promote the development of Chinese football,which is of great significance to promote the progress of campus football,the emergence of talents,the improvement of competitive level and the realization of the vision of football power.
