摘  要:目的探讨融合思政线上线下结合的基于问题为导向的学习(PBL)对血液科实习生的教学效果。方法选取60名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,并将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30名学生。实验组采用思政融入PBL结合微信和钉钉等互联网工具进行教学,而对照组则采用传统的教学方式。两组学生均接受为期8个学时的教学活动。结束后,比较两组学生的理论成绩和临床实践技能考试成绩,并发放调查问卷分析教学效果。结果实验组学生的理论、技能考试成绩和总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=6.35、8.25、11.29,P均<0.05)。实验组学生在提高自我表达能力、提升临床思维能力、提升团队协作能力方面评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z分别=3.09、2.48、6.31,P均<0.05)。结论融合思政线上线下结合的PBL可以有效提高学生的自主学习能力和临床思维能力,有助于提高血液科教学质量和学生人文素养。Objective To explore the teaching effectiveness of integrating ideological and political education with online and offline problem-based learning(PBL)for interns in the hematology department.Methods Sixty clinical medical students were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 students in each group.The experimental group received PBL combined with ideological education and internet tools like WeChat and DingTalk,while the control group followed traditional teaching methods.Both groups underwent 8 hours of teaching activities.After the intervention,the theoretical and clinical practical skill examination scores of the two groups were compared,and a questionnaire was administered to analyze the teaching effectiveness.Results The theoretical,skill examination and total scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=6.35,8.25,11.29,P<0.05).The scores of the experimental group in improving self-expression ability,clinical thinking ability and teamwork ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(Z=3.09,2.48,6.31,P<0.05).Conclusion The integrating of ideological and political education with online and offline PBL can effectively enhances students'autonomous learning and clinical thinking skills,improving the quality of hematology teaching and students'humanistic qualities.
