摘　　要：虎杖苷是从传统中药材虎杖中提取的主要活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化和调节细胞凋亡等多种药理作用。其在肝病、炎症性肠病等消化系统疾病治疗中的应用研究逐渐受到关注。本文综述虎杖苷在消化系统(肝胆胰及胃肠道)良恶性疾病中的治疗进展,分析其潜在作用机制,以期为虎杖苷干预消化系统疾病的深入研究提供新思路。Polydatin is the main active ingredient extracted from the traditional Chinese herbal medicine Polygonum cuspidatum,which has multiple pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation,antioxidant and apoptosis regulation.Its application in the treatment of liver disease,inflammatory bowel disease and other digestive system diseases has gradually attracted attention.This article reviews therapeutic progress of polydatin in benign and malignant diseases of the digestive system(liver,gallbladder,pancreas and gastrointestinal tract),analyzes the potential mechanism of polydatin in the treatment of digestive disorders.We hope to provide new ideas for in-depth research on application of polydatin in digestive disorders.
