摘 要:数字领导力作为影响高校数字化转型的关键因素,具有领导主体多元性、领导行为联动性、领导环境易变性等鲜明特征。其在不同维度的阻滞给高校数字化转型带来了挑战。经分析,分布式领导理论“领导角色”多元化、“领导者增量”促进领导影响扩大化、“领导实践”融入情境化的理念,既能诠释中国传统领导智慧,也能适应高校现行组织管理体制。基于分布式领导理论的视角,从构建基础、运行机制和环境营造等三个方面探讨了提升高校数字领导力的实践路径,旨在为高校数字领导力的提升提供理论支撑与实践指导。Digital leadership,as a crucial factor influencing the digital transformation of universities,possesses distinct characteristics such as the diversity of leadership roles,the interconnectedness of leadership behaviors,and the variability of the leadership environment.However,obstacles in various dimensions pose challenges to the digital transformation of universities.Upon analysis,the concepts of“diversified leadership roles,”"increased leadership promoting the expansion of leadership infuence,"and“contextualized leadership practice”advocated by distributed leadership theory not only interpret traditional Chinese leadership wisdom but also align with the current organizational management system of universities.Therefore,from the perspective of distributed leadership theory,this study explores practical pathways to enhance digital leadership in universities through three aspects:foundational construction,operational mechanisms,and environmental cultivation,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the improvement of digital leadership in universities.
