摘　　要：文化领域是新时代青年的重要价值施展场域,文化使命是新时代青年担当的重要使命向度。新时代文化发展的时代情境、青年主体性彰显的身份特质、文化发展中青年的参与现状是青年文化使命生成的逻辑根源。新时代青年担当文化使命的实践是一种异质性的文化参与,深嵌于文化认知、文化传承、文化选择、文化建构、文化传播等文化实践维度,具体表现为对复杂文化价值理念的认知与认同、对中华优秀传统文化的传承和发展、对多元外来文化形态的批判性借鉴、对社会主义文化创新性发展的推进、对中华民族独特文化的自信式传播。拓展青年的文化使命担当,需要重视科学理性的文化引领、传承弘扬的文化涵育、开放包容的文化实践、守正创新的文化建设、交流互鉴的文化互动对青年的积极影响,以此深化文化认知认同、重构文化精神追求、构筑文化自信心态、提升文化实践能力、展示文化形象标识。The cultural field is an important field for young people in the new era to realize their values,and the cultural mission is an important mission direction for young people in the new era to take on.The context of cultural development in the new era,the identity of young people's subjectivity,and the status quo of young people's participation in cultural development are the logical roots of the generation of young people's cultural mission.The practice of young people's cultural mission in the new era is a kind of heterogeneous cultural participation,deeply embedded in the dimensions of cultural practice such as cultural cognition,cultural inheritance,cultural selection,cultural construction,and cultural dissemination,which is specifically manifested in the cognition and identification of complex cultural values and concepts,the inheritance and development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the critical reference of diversified foreign cultural forms,and the promotion of the innovative development of socialist culture,and the confident dissemination of the unique culture of the Chinese nation.In order to expand the cultural mission of young people,it is necessary to emphasize the positive influence on young people of scientific and rational cultural leadership,cultural cultivation of inheritance and promotion,open and inclusive cultural practice,cultural construction of righteousness and innovation,and cultural interaction of exchanges and mutual understanding,so as to deepen cultural cognition and identity,reconstruct the pursuit of the cultural spirit,construct a mentality of cultural self-confidence,enhance the ability of cultural practice,and display a cultural image and logo.
