摘 要:针对打击时敏目标的指挥控制组织资源动态调度问题,从“任务-能力-资源”三级最优适配角度进行建模,以任务完成质量和任务完成时间为资源调度测度,构建多目标C2组织资源动态调度模型,并采用改进量子粒子群算法进行模型求解。仿真结果表明,考虑任务完成时间测度可以降低时敏目标打击窗口达28.46%,有效提升了马赛克战背景下的时敏目标打击能力。Aiming at the dynamic resource scheduling problem of command and control(C2)organization against time-critical targets,a multi-objective dynamic resource scheduling model of C2 organization is constructed from the perspective of "task-capability-resource" three-level optimal adaptation,and task completion quality and task completion time are taken as resource scheduling measures.The improved quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.The simulation results show that the attack window of time-critical target could be reduced by 28.46% considering the task completion time,the attack ability of time-critical targets under the background of Mosaic War is effectively improved.
