淮河流域数字经济、生态环境与产业发展的耦合协调度研究

摘　　要：基于2013-2022年淮河流域30个城市的面板数据,利用熵权法构建数字经济、生态环境与产业发展耦合协调度评价指标体系,对其进行耦合分析,并利用标准差椭圆与空间联系引力模型分析其空间重心偏移和空间联系强度。结果表明,2013-2022年淮河流域生态环境平均水平高于数字经济与产业发展水平,总体耦合协调度呈稳步上升态势,从中度失调转变成轻度失调,并逐渐演变成“东西高,中间低”的空间格局。淮河流域耦合协调度空间联系强度由西向东表现为多核心集聚的态势,且辐射能力随着地理距离而减弱。鉴于此,提出加强数字化建设、明确产业升级目标和优化空间布局等建议。Based on the panel data of 30 cities in Huaihe River Basin from 2013—2022,the evaluation index system of the coupling coordination degree of digital economy,ecological environment and industrial development is constructed by using entropy weight method,and the coupling analysis is carried out,and the standard deviation ellipse and spatial linkage gravity model are used to analyze the spatial center of gravity deviation and spatial linkage strength.The results show that the average level of the ecological environment in the Huaihe River Basin is higher than that of the digital economy and industrial development from 2013 to 2022,and the overall coupling and coordination degree is steadily increasing,from a moderate disorder to a mild disorder,and gradually evolving into a spatial pattern of“high in the east and high in the west,and low in the middle”.The strength of the spatial connection of the coupling coordination degree of the Huaihe River Basin from west to east shows a multi-core agglomeration trend,and the radiation capacity is weakened with the geographic distance.In view of this,suggestions are made to strengthen digital construction,clarify the goal of industrial upgrading and optimize the spatial layout.
