摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记通过与青年座谈、给青年回信和出席青年活动等方式,就青年应不懈奋斗发表了一系列重要论述,特别是立足抓好党的事业后继有人这个根本大计,着重用“奋斗”二字激励和鼓舞青年,深刻阐释了青年奋斗的本质。习近平关于青年奋斗重要论述,主要体现在青年“奋斗动因”“奋斗目标”“奋斗方法”的三个维度,科学把握习近平关于青年奋斗的重要论述,对于做好新时代党的青年工作,着力培养全面发展的青年,促其肩负起时代重任具有重要意义。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements on the unremitting struggle of young people through discussions with them,responding to their letters,and attending youth activities.In particular,based on the fundamental plan of ensuring the continuity of the Party's cause,he has emphasized the use of the word"struggle"to motivate and inspire young people,and deeply explained the essence of youth struggle.Xi Jinping's important discourse on youth struggle is mainly reflected in the three dimensions of"motivation","goals",and"methods"of youth struggle.Scientifically grasping Xi Jinping's important discourse on youth struggle is of great significance for doing a good job in the youth work of the Party in the new era,focusing on cultivating well-rounded young people,and promoting them to shoulder the heavy responsibilities of the times.
