企业家社会网络对不同商业模式民营企业发展的影响机制研究

摘　　要：民营企业家社会网络在应对企业危机与风险中的作用已被广泛认可,但对不同商业模式企业的影响机制尚待探究。课题组依托社会资源理论,创新性地构建了企业家社会网络与不同商业模式企业之间的关联性分析模型,旨在深入探究企业家社会网络对不同商业模式企业的影响机制。实证研究发现,客户网络、商会网络以及政府网络对资源型商业模式的民营企业具有较大促进作用;客户网络、供应网络商以及政府网络对产品/服务型商业模式的民营企业有较大推动作用;客户网络、供应商网络、商户网络以及政府网络对混合型商业模式的民营企业影响更为突出。研究结果有助于民营企业利用企业家社会网络优化资源配置、规避风险,促进其健康发展。The role of private entrepreneurs'social networks in addressing corporate crises and risks has been widely acknowledged,yet the mechanisms through which these networks impact enterprises with different business models remain largely unexplored.Drawing upon the theoretical foundation of social resource theory,this paper innovatively establishes an analytical model for the correlation between entrepreneurs'social networks and enterprises adopting various business models,aiming to delve into the mechanisms by which entrepreneurs'social networks influence enterprises with diverse business models.Empirical findings reveal that client networks,chamber of commerce networks,and government networks significantly promote private enterprises adopting a resource-based business model;client networks,supplier networks,and government networks play a crucial role in advancing private enterprises with a product/service-oriented business model;whereas client networks,supplier networks,merchant networks,and government networks exert a more prominent influence on private enterprises pursuing a hybrid business model.The research results contribute to private enterprises'leveraging of entrepreneurs'social networks to optimize resource allocation,mitigate risks,and foster their healthy development.
