摘　　要：目的探讨基于情绪-投入-人际关系-意义-成就(PERMA)理论的积极心理干预对重型β地中海贫血患儿父母主观幸福感及应对方式的影响。方法将118例重型β地中海贫血患儿父母随机分为干预组和对照组各59例。对照组实施常规健康教育和心理护理,干预组实施基于PERMA理论的积极心理干预,共6个月。比较干预前及干预结束1个月两组患儿父母的主观幸福感和简易应对方式得分。结果干预结束1个月,干预组主观幸福感、积极应对得分显著高于对照组,消极应对得分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于PERMA理论的积极心理干预能够有效提高重型β地中海贫血患儿父母的主观幸福感水平,促使其积极应对疾病。Objective To explore the effect of positive psychology intervention based on the positive emotion,engagement,relationships,meaning,achievement(PERMA)theory on the subjective well-being and coping styles of parents of children with severe beta-thalassemia major.Methods A total of 118 parents of children with severe beta-thalassemia major were randomly assigned to a control group or an intervention group,with 59 in each group.The control group was given routine health education and psychological care,while their counterparts in the intervention group received positive psychology intervention based on the PERMA theory for six months.Parents′subjective well-being and coping style were assessed before and one month after the intervention in both groups.Results The intervention group had significantly higher subjective well-being and positive coping scores,whereas lower negative coping score compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychology intervention based on the PERMA theory can effectively improve subjective well-being of parents of children with severe beta-thalassemia major,thus to help them positively cope with the disease.
