摘　　要：全球范围内,孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)的诊断和干预仍面临诸多挑战,主要包括诊断过程耗时、费用高昂、筛查工具不统一等问题。研究表明,2~3岁时,ASD儿童已表现出社会注意缺陷,其在注视社交场景时的眼动轨迹与正常儿童在注视社交场景时的眼动轨迹有所差异,为早期筛查提供了重要依据。眼动追踪技术作为一种非侵入性且精准的测量工具,近年来在ASD早期筛查和诊断中展现出巨大潜力。文章分析幼儿社会注意认知的发展,并介绍基于眼动追踪技术的眼动追踪设备在儿童早期ASD筛查中的全球应用,为开发适用于不同国家和地区的快速、低成本、易操作的ASD筛查工具提供参考。The diagnosis and intervention of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)still face many challenges worldwide.This mainly including time-consuming diagnostic processes,high costs,and inconsistent screening tools.Studies indicate that by the age of 2-3,children with ASD have already exhibited social attention deficits,and their eye movement trajectories when observing social scenes differ from those of typically developing children,providing important evidence for early screening.As a non-invasive and precise measurement tool,eye-tracking technology has shown tremendous potential in the early screening and diagnosis of ASD in recent years.This paper analyzes the development of social attention and cognition in young children and introduces the global applications of eye-tracking devices in early ASD screening,providing a reference for the development of rapid,low-cost,and easy-to-operate ASD screening tools suitable for different countries and regions.
