摘　　要：韩国以“培养未来社会所需的综合型、融合型人才”为教育目标,反思传统高考制度的局限性以及教育体系自身发展动力不足,催生了2028年高考改革方案的出台。该方案旨在重组综合衔接的高考学科课程体系,打破私立教育利益垄断,调整高中升学的九级相对评价制和提升教师的评估技能,打造高中学业测评与综合素质评价“并驾齐驱”、高中学分制结果的运用与高校招录制度“硬挂钩”以及多方协同治理以“净化”高考招录生态的新格局。借鉴韩国高考改革经验,我国应优化高中教育改革的核心内容,提升高考招录方案的科学性及专业性,助力高考制度在新时代不断优化、创新发展,更好地契合教育需求,为培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人筑牢根基。Setting the educational goal of cultivating all-round talents needed for the future society and reflecting on the limitations of the traditional college entrance examination system and the lack of development momentum of the education system itself,South Korea has introduced the 2028 college entrance examination reform plan.The plan aims to reorganize the comprehensive and connected curriculum system of the college entrance examination,break the monopoly of private education interests,adjust the nine-level relative evaluation system for high school enrollment and enhance teachers’evaluation skills,ultimately shaping a new paradigm in which high school academic assessment and comprehensive quality evaluation move forward together,the application of high school credit system results is tightly associated with the college admission system,and multiple parties work together to“purify”the college entrance examination admission ecosystem.Drawing on South Korea’s experience of college entrance examination reform,China should optimize the core content of high school education reform,enhance the scientific and professional nature of the college entrance examination enrollment program,and help the college entrance examination system to continuously improve and innovate in the new era.In this way,the college entrance examination will better meet the needs of education,solidifying the foundation for fostering a new generation of young people capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.
