摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了5%Ni/Sepiolite和5%Ni/Quartz催化剂,并对比考察了两者在甲烷二氧化碳干重整反应中的性能。结果表明,5%Ni/Sepiolite催化剂具有较高的CH_(4)-CO_(2)重整转化率、良好的催化稳定性以及较高的H_(2)/CO比。在750℃下反应30 h时,该催化剂的CH_(4)、CO_(2)转化率一直远高于5%Ni/Quartz催化剂,且其积碳量稳定在45.6 mg/gcat.左右。此外,在干重整反应中,5%Ni/Sepiolite和5%Ni/Quartz催化剂的H_(2)/CO比基本持平。通过XRD、XPS、H_(2)-TPR、EPR、HRTEM等表征分析发现,在干重整反应中,5%Ni/Sepiolite催化剂的活性组分镍和Sepiolite海泡石载体之间发生了强相互作用。Sepiolite海泡石载体经热活化后产生的Vo’’氧空位,有利于提升5%Ni/Sepiolite催化剂的活性和抗积碳性能。在甲烷干重整反应中,Sepiolite海泡石载体发挥了协同增效作用。5%Ni/Sepiolite and 5%Ni/Quartz catalysts were prepared by the equal volume impregnation method.The performance of the 5%Ni/Sepiolite and 5%Ni/Quartz catalysts in the dry reforming of methane reaction was compared and investigated.The results showed that the 5%Ni/Sepolite catalyst exhibited high CH_(4)-CO_(2)reforming conversion rates,good catalytic stability,and a higher H_(2)/CO ratio.During the reaction at 750℃for 30 hours,the CH_(4) and CO_(2)conversion rates of the catalyst were consistently higher than those of the 5%Ni/Quartz catalyst,and the carbon deposition remained stable at around 45.6 mg/gcat.The H_(2)/CO ratio of the 5%Ni/Sepolite and 5%Ni/Quartz catalysts remained the same in the dry reforming reaction.Through characterization analysis such as XRD,XPS,H_(2)-TPR,EPR,and HRTEM,it was found that in the dry reforming reaction,the active component nickel in the 5%Ni/Sepiolite catalyst interacted strongly with the Sepiolite support.The Vo’’oxygen vacancies generated by the thermal activation of the Sepiolite support are beneficial for enhancing the activity and anti-carbon deposition performance of the 5%Ni/Sepiolite catalyst.The Sepiolite support plays a synergistic role in the dry reforming of methane reaction.
