摘　　要：兰州兰石能源装备工程研究院有限公司(以下简称“兰石研究院”)作为兰石集团重大技术攻关项目的牵头组织者,近年来,以“研转并重”为经营思路,创立了集团院+工程院“两院协同”的研发经营模式,在充分发挥集团院科技创新主体作用的同时,强化工程院成果转化主战场地位,实现了科技研发与成果转化相互促进、双轮驱动的良性循环。文章详述兰石研究院科技成果转化机制改革举措,涵盖搭建创新平台、加强产学研合作、实施项目全周期过程管理、遴选创新创效团队、组建成果转化事业部、构建多方位激励体系等内容。通过改革实践,多措并举激发员工内生动力,使研究院在保持科技领先的同时,科技成果转化率大幅提升,以科技创新引领兰石集团产业升级,有力支撑带动地区技术研发和产业发展。Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute,as the leading organizer of major technological research and development projects of Lanzhou Petrochemical Group,has in recent years taken"equal emphasis on research and transformation"as the business concept and established the research and development and business operation mode of"two-institutes coordination"of the group institute+engineering institute.While giving full play to the main body role of technological innovation of the group institute,it strengthens the main position of the engineering institute as the result transformation battlefront,realizing a virtuous cycle of mutual promotion and dual-wheel drive between scientific and technological research and development and result transformation.This article details the reform measures of the scientific and technological achievement transformation mechanism of Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute,including the construction of an innovation platform,the strengthening of industry-university-research cooperation,the implementation of the whole-cycle process management of projects,the selection of innovative and efficiency-enhancing teams,the establishment of a result transformation business department,and the construction of a multi-faceted incentive system.Through reform practice and taking multiple measures to stimulate the internal driving force of employees,the research institute has greatly improved the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements while maintaining technological leadership.It leads the industrial upgrading of Lanzhou Petrochemical Group with technological innovation and strongly supports and drives the technological research and development and industrial development in this region.
