摘  要:微胶囊材料能够对相变材料的分散性、机械强度和热稳定性进行改善,具有更高的相容性,并且相变微胶囊具有高潜热、高密度等优点,因此被广泛应用于相变涂料领域。全文通过对全球相变微胶囊涂料的专利申请趋势、分布区域、授权专利量、技术功效、转让趋势、申请人构成、专利有效性和专利维持时间等进行系统分析,发现中国相变微胶囊涂料领域的研发速度由缓转快,专利申请数量由少变多,成为全球本领域举足轻重的研发力量。中国和美国为该领域全球申请量最多的2个国家,美国的陶氏集团和中国的河北晨阳工贸集团为其代表的重点申请人。纵观中国重点申请人中,南方沿海省市的申请人数量居多,且企业重点申请人占比较大,授权率较高。尽管中国申请数量较大,但是大部分专利维持年限较短,专利稳定性不高。此外,全球重点申请人的研发重点主要集中在高效、稳定性好、保温性能优异且能耗低、配方简单等方面,其中优异的稳定性能则是全球和中国重点申请人集中关注的研究热点。Microcapsule materials are capable of improving the dispersibility,mechanical strength and thermal stability of phase transition materials,and higher compatibility,and phase transition microcapsule have the advantages of high latent heat,high density,etc.Thus widely applied in the field of phase transition coatings.This is done herein by systematic analysis of global phase transition microcapsule coatings in terms of patent application trends,distribution area,amount of issued patents,technical efficacy,assignment trends,applicant’s constitution,patent validity and patent maintenance time,etc.It was found that the development rate in the Chinese field of phase change microcapsule coatings was slow to fast,the number of patent applications becoming more,and became a significant development effort worldwide.China and the United States are the most applied countries worldwide.Among China major applicants,The Dow Group in the United States and The ChenYang Industry and trade Group in China are the key applicants they represent.Among the key applicants in China,the number of applicants in the Southern coastal Province is popular,and business focus applicants are relatively large,the authorization rate is higher.However,despite the large number of Chinese applications,most patents remain short-lived and not stable.In addition,the focus on development by the worldwide focused applicants has been focused on high efficiency,good stability,excellent thermal insulation and low energy consumption,simple formulation,etc.The excellent stability is a research hotspot that focused on global and Chinese focused applicants have focused on.
