摘　　要：综述了二元应对的概念、相关理论模型、测评工具、影响因素及其在宫颈癌患者及其配偶中的应用,阐述针对宫颈癌患者及其配偶间二元应对的研究现况,为构建基于我国文化背景下的宫颈癌患者及其配偶的干预方案提供参考。This paper reviewed the concepts,relevant theoretical models,assessment tools,influencing factors and their applications in patients with cervical cancer and their spouses,and expounded the current research status of dyadic coping between patients with cervical cancer and their spouses.It aimed at providing references for constructing intervention programs for cervical cancer patients and their spouses based on Chinese cultural background.
