摘　　要：数字化时代正深刻改变着财经商贸领域的面貌。本文通过分析高职财经商贸类专业对数字化人才的需求,探讨了人才培养中存在的问题,提出了优化课程设置、强化师资队伍、深化产教融合、创新教学方法和完善评价体系等建议,以提升财经商贸类专业人才的数字化素养和综合竞争力。The digital era is profoundly changing the field of finance and business.Through analyzing the demand for digital talents of finance and business related majors,this paper discusses the problems existing in talent cultivation,and puts forward approaches such as optimizing the curriculum,strengthening the teaching team,deepening the integration of industry and education,innovating teaching methods and improving the evaluation system,so as to improve the digital literacy and comprehensive competitiveness of finance and business professionals.
