摘　　要：目的 探讨耳穴压豆联合渐进式肌肉放松训练在恶性肿瘤化疗所致恶心呕吐中的干预效果。方法 选取2023年10月—2024年9月在山东第一医科大学第二附属医院肿瘤科住院的300例肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予化疗后常规护理,对照组在常规护理基础上给予渐进式肌肉放松训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴压豆干预。比较两组护理期间急性、延迟性化疗所致恶心呕吐发生率及严重程度,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、呕吐生活功能指数量表(FLIE)比较两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁、生活质量。结果 对照组急性、延迟性化疗所致恶心、呕吐发生率均高于观察组,恶心、呕吐严重程度评分高于观察组(P均<0.05)。对照组、观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,FLIE评分高于护理前,且观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,FLIE评分高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 耳穴压豆联合渐进式肌肉放松训练可以减少恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心呕吐的发生,并且减轻发作时的严重程度,同时改善患者焦虑、抑郁负面情绪,提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine auricular acupressure com-bined with progressive muscle relaxation training in nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy of malignant tumors.Methods A total of 300 cancer patients hospitalized in the Department of Oncology of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from October 2023 to September 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomized into the observation group and the control group.Both groups were given routine post-chemotherapy care.In addition to routine care,the control group was given progressive muscle relaxation training,while the observation group was given tra-ditional Chinese medicine auricular acupressure intervention on top of the control group's treatment.The incidence and se-verity of acute and delayed chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting during the nursing period were compared between the two groups.The SAS,SDS,and FLIE were used to compare the anxiety,depression,and quality of life before and af-ter nursing between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of acute and delayed chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting were higher in the control group than those in the observation group,as well as the severity scores of nausea and vomiting(all P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of both the control group and the observation group after nursing were low-er than those before nursing,and the FLIE scores were higher than those before nursing.Moreover,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the FLIE scores were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine auricular acupressure com-bined with progressive muscle training can reduce the occurrence of nausea and vomiting in patients with malignant tumors after chemotherapy,alleviate the severity of attacks,and improve patients'anxiety and depression,thereby enhancing their quality of life.
