摘 要:作为质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的核心部件,质子交换膜是一种特殊的离子选择性透过的聚合物膜。为满足研发、测试与性能评价需求,构建涵盖关键性能指标、测试方法和评价方法的质子交换膜测评体系。首先,基于产品评价需求,明确质子交换膜的关键性能指标,主要包括物理特性、工作特性以及耐久性等3个层级,涵盖质子传导率、拉伸性能和机械稳定性等10个指标;其次,基于产品行业发展现状,构建质子交换膜的量化评价体系;最后,对两种质子交换膜产品进行测试,得到测试结果,分析产品的先进性。产品综合得分越高,性能越好。As the core component of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),the proton exchange membrane is a special selective polymer membrane.To meet the requirement for research,design and performance evaluation,the testing and evaluation system of proton exchange membrane covering key performance index,test methods and evaluation methods is constructed.Firstly,the key performance indicators of proton exchange membrane are clarified based on the evaluation requirements.It mainly includes three levels of physical characteristics,working characteristics and durability which cover ten indicators such as proton conductivity,tensile performance and mechanical stability.Then,the quantitative evaluation system of proton exchange membrane is built on the basis of the industry development status of the products.Finally,two proton exchange membranes are tested and the results are obtained.The product progressiveness can be analyzed.The higher the overall score of the product is,the better the performance is.
