摘  要:为解决传统标准中的超声回弹综合法测强曲线推定火山石混凝土抗压强度时存在较大误差的问题,研究了火山石混凝土与石灰石混凝土回弹值和超声波速的差异,进一步建立腾冲火山石混凝土超声回弹综合法测强曲线,并与现行超声回弹综合法测强曲线对比分析。研究结果表明:火山石存在较多的孔洞,超声波在火山石混凝土中的传播速度小于石灰石混凝土中的,导致现行超声回弹综合法测强曲线推定火山石混凝土抗压强度的误差较大。依据火山石混凝土试验数据建立的超声回弹综合法测强曲线平均相对误差和相对标准差分别为8.40%、10.74%,满足规范要求,且精度比现行行业标准提高约2.5倍,比地方标准提高约2倍,更适用于腾冲火山石混凝土。In order to solve the problem that there is alarge error in estimating the compressive strengh measurement curve of the ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method in the traditional standard,the difference of rebound value and ultrasonic wave velocity between volcanic stone concrete and limestone concrete was studied,and the strength measurement curve of Tengchong volcanic stone concrete with ultrasonic rebound synthesis method was further established and compared with the current strength measurement curve.The results showed that the ultrasonic wave propagation speed in volcanic concrete was lower than that of limestone concrete due to the existence of many holes in volcanic rock.As a result,there was a large error in estimating compressive strength of volcanic concrete based on the strength measurement curve of ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method.Based on the experimental data of volcanic stone concrete,the average relative error and relative standard deviation of the strength measurement curve of ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method established in this paper were 8.40%and 10.74%,respectively,which met the requirements of the specification,and the accuracy was about 2.5 times higher than the current industry standard and about 2 times higher than the local standard,which was more suitable for effusion of volcanic concrete.
