数字化转型背景下企业供应链运营优化研究——以伊利集团为例

摘　　要：随着科技的发展,数字经济时代已然来临,党的二十大报告指出,“着力提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平”“推动创新链产业链资金链人才链深度融合”,进一步明确了产业链现代化的重点任务。乳业生产是一个涉及农业、畜牧业、工业和服务业的长链条产业,伊利集团又是我国乳制品行业中的龙头企业,处于整条产业链中的核心地位,而供应链又是促进产业链健康稳定发展的重要力量,因此实现供应链数字化管理是未来企业趋势。结合伊利2016—2023年相关财务数据分析数字化转型对其供应链运营产生的影响,找出现阶段伊利集团供应链管理面临的挑战并提出合理解决方案。With the development of technology,the digital economy era has arrived.The 20th CPC National Congress report pointed out that“efforts should be made to enhance the resilience and security level of industrial chains and supply chains”and“promote the deep integration of innovation chains,industrial chains,capital chains and talent chains”,further clarifying the key tasks for modernizing industrial chains.The dairy industry is a long chain industry that involves agriculture,livestock,industry and services.Yili Group is the leading enterprise in China’s dairy products industry and is located at the core position of the entire industrial chain.Meanwhile,the supply chain is an important force that promotes the healthy and stable development of the entire industrial chain.Therefore,achieving digital supply chain management is a trend for future enterprises.The impact of digital transformation on supply chain operations at Yili from 2016 to 2023 was analyzed,identifed the current challenges faced by Yili Group’s supply chain management,and reasonable solutions are proposed.
