摘 要:土壤健康是保证粮食安全和农业可持续发展的关键,团聚体的数量和质量是评估土壤健康状况的重要指标之一。为了探究产胞外多糖巨大芽孢杆菌与有机物料配施对土壤团聚体、土壤养分等的影响,评价其土壤改良效应和应用价值。向土壤中分别单独施用F1发酵液、有机物料,以及两者组合施用,进行土壤培养。借助土壤团粒分析仪分析水稳性团聚体含量变化;采用碱解扩散法、钼锑抗分光光度法、火焰原子吸收分光光度法、重铬酸钾稀释热法和硫酸蒽酮比色法分别测定土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机质和土壤多糖含量。采用主成分分析综合评价F1发酵液以及有机物料的土壤改良效应。结果表明,F1发酵液能有效促进土壤团聚体的形成,两者配施能在促进土壤团聚体形成与稳定的同时提高土壤肥力;经42 d培养,F1发酵液与不同有机物料配施使土壤总水稳性团聚体含量提高41.08%~41.80%,分形维数降低14.55%~15.32%,土壤碱解氮提高12.09%~38.25%、速效磷提高88.17%~241.10%、速效钾提高74.79%~421.06%、有机质提高53.15%~108.01%、多糖含量提高164.93%~170.60%。主成分分析将7个指标降维成3个主成分,能解释原始数据信息的88.49%。F1发酵液与金针菇渣配施显著提高0.25 mm-5 mm水稳性团聚体含量、土壤结构和团聚体稳定性以及土壤有效养分和有机质含量,对土壤改良效果最佳。Soil health is critical for ensuring food security and sustainable agricultural development.The quantity and quality of soil aggregates are key indicators for evaluating soil health.In order to investigate the effects of co-application of extracellular polysaccharide-producing Bacillus megaterium F1 and organic materials on soil aggregates,soil nutrients,and its potential for soil improvement and application,F1 fermentation broth,organic materials,and their combination are applied separately to soil for cultivation.A soil aggregate analyzer is used to assess changes in the content of water-stable aggregates.Soil alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter,and soil polysaccharides are determined using the alkaline diffusion method,molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometry,flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,potassium dichromate dilution method,and anthrone sulfate colorimetric method,respectively.Principal component analysis(PCA)is employed to comprehensively evaluate the soil improvement effects of F1 fermentation broth and organic materials.The results show that F1 fermentation broth significantly promotes soil aggregate formation,and the combined application of F1 fermentation broth with organic materials enhances both soil fertility and the formation and stability of soil aggregates.After 42 days of cultivation,the treatment with F1 fermentation broth and different organic materials increase the total content of water-stable aggregates by 41.08%~41.80%,reduce the fractal dimension by 14.55%~15.32%,and raise the levels of soil alkaline nitrogen by 12.09%~38.25%,available phosphorus by 88.17%~241.10%,available potassium by 74.79%~421.06%,organic matter by 53.15%~108.01%,and polysaccharides by 164.93%~170.60%.PCA reduces seven indicators to three principal components,explaining 88.49%of the variance in the original data.The combined application of F1 fermentation broth and Flammulina velutipes residue notably increase the content of 0.25-5 mm water-stable aggregat
