摘  要:为探明高等教育发展驱动因素,构建一套指标评价体系,采用CRITIC-VIKOR法对2020—2023年福建省高等教育发展水平进行评价,利用TOPSIS法结合耦合协调度模型对发展水平指标体系内部耦合协调性进行分析,并建立耦合动态演进模型。结果表明:智慧校园比例、本科院校学科带头人数以及技术发明与专利数的权重排名靠前;二级子系统的贡献值反映出福建省高等教育发展水平不均衡、不协调的问题,但子系统间的互动关系持续增强;三级指标内部协调水平呈现出正向演进的态势,耦合动态演进能较好地描述各三级指标内部耦合协调度随时间变化规律。To identify the driving factors of higher education development and to establish an indicator evaluation system,this study applied the CRITIC-VIKOR method to assess the development level of higher education in Fujian Province from 2020 to 2023.The TOPSIS method and a coupling coordination degree model were employed to analyze the internal coupling coordination of the development level indicator system,and a coupling dynamic evolution model was constructed.The results indicate that the proportion of smart campuses,the number of discipline leaders in undergraduate institutions,and the count of technology inventions and patents rank highest in terms of weighting coefficients.The contribution values of secondary subsystems revealed imbalances and insufficient coordination in the development of higher education in Fujian,though interactive relationships among subsystems have continued to strengthen over time.The internal coordination levels of tertiary indicators demonstrated a clear upward trend,and the coupling dynamic evolution model effectively captured the temporal variation in internal coupling coordination across these indicators.
